MEET REGINALD
Reginald Grimes is the pastor of Holy Ghost Cathedral - Mount Olive, North Carolina. He has been called and assigned by GOD to that region to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ and instruct the church in Biblical teachings and doctrines of the inspired Word of God.

He has also been given the apostolic mandate to teach church order and structure according Biblical principals. He believes that when we as believers walk in submission to GOD's will - the CHURCH and her local assemblies will be fruitful in all that pertains to ministry and our influence in the earth. And one of the many ways that will be possible is through one of Reginald's favorite scriptures:
John 8:32 - Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

Church Structure & Governance Overview
Each local assembly that is established by GOD needs to have vision, Biblical order, governmental order and business structure. In other words, there must be a blueprint to how the body of believers will function effectively. We can't be out of balance and only focus on spiritual things. Believe it or not, having governmental order and business structure is also spiritual.
Importance of Your Praise & Worship
Being intentional in developing strong praise and worship within your ministry can be a complimentary ingredient to the local assembly's worship experience. It is a must that the believers connected to a local body understand the role that the congregation, singers and musicians play in a corporate worship service.
